Sub: Application for banning the use of the mobile phone in the classroom and exam hall

Dear Sir,

We all know the importance of a mobile phone in the realm of education. However, a mobile phone can be disturbing too if we cannot use it wisely. Therefore, I would like to draw your kind attention that some of our teachers are using mobile phones during class time.  Moreover, some of the students also talk over their mobile phones. As a result, their talking not only kills our valuable time but also diverts the concentration of the attentive students. They feel disturbed and disappointed. Furthermore, the class is seriously disturbed and jumbled by the ringing of this wonderful device now and then. Therefore, these unwise ways of using mobile phones are seriously disturbing our academic careers. Now it is high time the authority took necessary steps on the use of a cell phone by a teacher or student, be it in the classroom or in the exam hall.   

I, therefore, hope that you would be sincere enough to take the required steps to bring constraints for anyone to use this helpful device during examination and class time.
